Do you have an investment property and require a Capital Gains Tax valuation?
Perth Property Valuers provides accurate sworn valuations that the Australian Taxation office requires you to submit after making a capital gain or loss on your property. This can be due to improvements made or when you are renting out your property. They can also be used for when a property is transferred from a deceased estate to the beneficiaries or to superannuation funds.
Many foreign residents also are required by the Australian Taxation Office to submit a certified valuation for their property dated to 8th May, 2012, due to the change in foreign investment law.
Retrospective valuations are also a common report we provide to assist in calculating your Capital Gains Tax when a property has been sold and it was not valued at the time of renting out or before improvements were made.
For all properties we can gain access to, an internal inspection will be made. If a property has been sold, an external inspection is still carried out by the valuer and is accepted by the ATO’s standards. All reports take 2 business days from inspection to complete.
Should you require a report to submit to the ATO for your Capital Gains Tax, please do not hesitate to fill out an online quote request, or call us on (08) 9468 3202 and we will be happy to assist you.
